ANNA RIMAC, (CERT IV Financial Services, MFAA full member, JP) Principal of Blue Mountains Mortgage Brokers has been an accredited mortgage broker since 2003, and has lived in the Mid Mountains since 1987. Working with Loan Market Group (and x inc financial services), Anna has access to over 30 lenders and hundreds of loan products.

Originally from Sydney's Eastern suburbs Anna made the tree change for the same reason many do, home ownership in a stunning environment was so much more affordable in the mountains! 

Having established and managed several successful cafes in the Mountains, Anna later worked part time in retail while her daughter was in her early years at school. Ready to return to full time work and being interested in real estate and property development, Anna was drawn to mortgage broking.

In the interest of providing exemplary service, Anna is also an accredited personal development and business coach, supporting her clients to develop a clearer understanding of their own long term goals. Helping her clients achieve their goals, is her primary objective.

After practising from her home office for some years, in 2008 Anna moved Blue Mountains Mortgage Brokers to 'The Winston Centre' in Hazelbrook joining John Sheehy (solicitor) and David White (chartered accountant). Offering a complete service, Anna recommends complimentary professionals based on the highest standards of skill and client service.

A keen gardener, she is lucky enough to be currently restoring an established mid mountains garden to it's former 1940's glory.

JOHN SHEEHY Solicitor, has been in general practice since 1980. He has been operating from 40 Railway Parade Hazelbrook since 1993. His area of expertise covers conveyancing transactions including Torrens title; Old System Title; Strata Title; Community Title & Retirement Village contracts. 
                                                                                                         An accredited specialist with the Law Society in wills and estates, John also assists his clients with all Probate and Intestacy applications to the Supreme Court.
John provides advice on difficult matters involving family disputes, blended family arrangements, de-facto and same sex relationships, as well as special disability trusts, discretionary and testamentary trusts.  He is also widely experienced in general law.

DAVID WHITE (CA BBus) began his accountancy career with Mitchell and Partners (Chartered Accountants; Level 7, 10 Barrack St Sydney) in 1979 and has been exposed to all aspects of the firm and many of its clients.
He was admitted as a partner in 1992. His extensive experience with businesses of different sizes and varied needs covers all areas of accounting, taxation, audit and management services.  

David practices from an office of Mitchell and Partners at The Winston Centre, Hazelbrook while also continuing to practice from the Sydney office.
